I hope you are feeling better! I am doing the cardio-hard and eating very clean..losing body fat but not much weight..oh well it should move soon or I'll be the heaviest girl to compete. Clare

It's amazing how a change in routine affects our training and eating. I am glad you are getting back on track...sounds like you are enjoying the lack of guilt. :)

Hi Yvette. Your progress pics are awesome, there is such a difference in your legs. I suppose when the year turns 2009 it won't feel so long til 30th May..you are going so great. Melbourne is miserable and cold at the moment but that is easier for training. Clare
