Nothing really but as a Senior in HS my PE teacher was impressed I could bench press 230 seeing as I was a skinny guy standing 6'3 and weighing 155 haha.
Have fun on your journey. the key is rest in between workouts...BCAAS, Glutamine,TONS of protien and good carbs..You can gain 40 pounds in a couple years doing that..you have the same body type I do though..I wouldnt lift more than 3 times a week..this was my biggest mistake! I lifted 5 to 6 times a week and got burnt out and stopped making gains. I now lift 2 times a week and the muscle is packing on nicely. I wish I could do more but know its counter productive.
could you really bench 230 at 6'3" 155? I am about that and only max around 185. Your stats say you max 255 now so you only gained 25 pounds bench with 30 pounds of mass?
