Goal (Long):
Well, to start off.. I was in fairly good shape while in highschool and during football. but i made alot of bad choices ..dropped out of school and was doing alot of drugs and i picked up smoking as well and was pretty depressed, haha i also picked up about 40?? pounds of fat(guessing)! in a three and a half year period. but anyways i quit all that **** and now im trying to get my life on track ;] i wanna get down to about 165 lbs and then build 15-25 pounds of lean muscle.

never lose your motivation man! youre looking a lot better than before dude! proper diet and exercise will give you results man, but its good youre back on track.
its alright, turns out i have tendonitis in the the shoulders, so i havent worked out shoulders in 6 weeks or more :[ other than that im good. hows ur training going?

It's a Tanita BF-626. The reading fluctuates throughout the day though, usually between 2-3%. As long as the results trend downward I'm ok. Once I had my BF tested with calipers and it was pretty close to the scale so I've accepted it as "accurate".
