Hammer the weighted pull ups and dips then go squat...dead...bench...military press in the gym!
Right now I work out 4-5 days a week 3 times at home doing calisthenics (pullups etc) 2 times hitting the gym, I've found more results hitting the bars and doing weighted pull ups and dips then just going to the gym...I seem to be more intense and every time I hit the calisthenics I try to add one more rep to my workout. I am currently doing 5 sets 17 reps of weighted (45lbs...20kg) pull ups and dips as fast as I can...I guess the secret is aiming for that rep range and even if you have to rest for 10 seconds while doing it get it done son!! Intensity is key, I do powerlifting movements at the gym I just add more reps cause I'm not aiming to compete just wanna look like I can do it. Yeah and that's about it planning to get bulk it up again once I finish this cycle!
