How I Started:
I always liked muscles as far back as a little boy seeing cartoons like He-Man with his huge muscles ha ha. Also one of my uncle's is very muscular from lifting and having been a two sport athlete in high school. He pretty much planted the seed in my mind and when I was in high school I got started and going.
Why I Love It:
I love the rush I get after a long hard workout and feeling stronger each day!
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation comes from my family health history and watching my recently deceased father all through his life not take care of himself which led to many problems that led up to his death at age 52.
