In 2006 I went from 235 to 182 pounds. Then I messed up and went up to 205 again, but this time with more muscle (yet alot of fat). I want to drop to the 180 range again by January.
At the moment, I would like to improve my muscle separation, and obtain a more ripped figure. Also I've been meaning to cut down on my total body fat. I need to lean out then just blow up BIG!
