A super friend and classy lady. She is experienced in training and competition. She is always available to help and advise me. I can tell she is a hard worker both in and out of the gym and no doubt a super mom. I hope to have the priviledge of meeting her in person some day.
What can I say about Bryan that he has not already said?..lol..Seriously, he is all business with the "pedal to the metal"! His determination, dedication, and discipline put me to shame. His progress pictures speak for themselves.
My first contest, Mr. Natural Indiana, was a memorable experience. I competed only in the Grandmaster Division (50 & over), as I didn't want to overload my circuits the first time out with crossovers into other divisions..
I placed 5th of 6 competitors and was quite pleased with...
