Overall Goal: After winning my 4th Pro Card at the 2009 NPA Nationals and Masters Universe in North Carolina on July 18, I am taking some time off from competiting to add 5-8 pounds of lean mass for my next Pro Show in 2010.
Fit Status:
At 66 years old, I am in the best shap of my life.
I have been weight training for more than 15 years. I have been competitive bodybuilding for five years
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it's one sport where it's all you. No bat, no ball, no club, no net. Just you against yourself and other like minded athletes
How I Stay Motivated:
After each competition or achieved goal, I look for a new challenge that keeps me in the game.

Well hey there Scott! I am still working toward my pro card. Currently I am just finishing up physical therapy for a shoulder injury, we were lucky enough to avoid surgery! After talking to my trainer we decided the earliest I should attempt to compete would be late August or Sept. I'd love to come to one of your shows though..even just to watch! Hope you and the Mrs. are having a great 2010!!
Hey Scott, just noticed your profile. I saw you compete at the the Northern Kentucky a few years back and wanted to say that you have improved significantly since then! Keep training hard and congrats on the sponsorship. I have a nasty lineup planned for my 50+ Buckeye Classic in April if interested. Hope to offer a pro card in 2011. Seems the only one you don't have is WNBF :-)
THX Scott! Congrats on your impressive achievements! I'm gonna put you on my "Inspired" members list for sure! Us older/young guys gotta stick together! ed aka Ol Supe
Hey Scott, Thanks for the add and I hope one day to attend one of your contests. Mom is still hanging in there for now at least.I have been making some real strides in fat loss and my 36" jeans fit comfortably now instead of so tight I talk an octave higher! LOL
I'm shooting for judgment day, but not sure I can get the days off. Moneys getting tight too. Looking into a supplement sponsor. WHat are you promoting? Is there anything local in July?
