"To spend the next 12 months adding some lean mass so I can be more competitive next season as a Professional Bodybuilder. I will compete again in June, 2009."
I have been weight training for more than 15 years. I have been competitive bodybuilding for four years
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it's one sport where it's all you. No bat, no ball, no club, no net. Just you against yourself and other like minded athletes
How I Stay Motivated:
After each competition or achieved goal, I look for a new challenge that keeps me in the game.

To spend the next 12 months adding some lean mass so I can be more competitive next season as a Professional Bodybuilder. I will compete again in June, 2009.
Goal (Long):
I entered two contests in 2008:
2008 FAME World Championships, Toronto, June 14
2008 NPA Nationals and Masters Universe, Virginia, June 28
I also judged four contests and guest posed at one.

Really enjoyed reading your blog, seeing your amazing leg blast and visiting your webpage. I agree that age should not be a burden and our bodies should be dedicated to the glory of God. Awesome!!
Good Morning Scott,
Nice segment on CBS Sunday morning 4-13-08.....Your words and personal appearance will encourage many to begin a fitness program this I am sure.
Het there! I am not competing at the World event, I am however competing at Diana Chaloux's FAME South Central and I hope to be competing at the show in Florida late Oct early Nov! I wish I coudl fly out and see the world championship event though! Good luck and God Bless!
Hey friend. As I am sure you have noticed, I have been off the scene lately. A job change in September, coupled with tendonitis in my right elbow, has kept me out of the gym and off my routine. I am starting back and will need all the support I can muster. Surf by my blog occasionally and check on my progress. If you see progress, let me know. If not, let me have it! Don’t hold back – if I am going to get where I want to be I will need your help. Steve
Congrats on your winning the Transformation of the week -You are inspiration to many bb's as well as myself in this over 40 category
Stay hard and keep it up God bless you
