I continued to document my fitness, as I tried different workout programs, nutrition plans, and supplements. Here I'm 155 pounds but at 15% body fat, better than the year previous.

This is after doing a 4-week Max.Growth Program by Stephen Adele' of iSatori. I started using their supps then, too. During that 4 weeks I gained 3 pounds and lost 1% body fat, ending at 9%.

I am really liking the fit body. I am proud to tan by the pool in my Speedo and walk along the beach. I don't have to "get ready" for the trip or the summer or the cruise. I'm fit ALL THE TIME.

164@12% 4 weeks out from ABA show. I'm not as lean as I need to be, so from here on in the cut becomes more drastic--decrease calories and add daily cardio.

Unless the next 2 weeks show some real change, I'll pass on the Sept. 5 show. I'm going to give it all I've got though--low-to-no carb (pretty tough with all the fruit trees ripening). I haven't eaten any grains/breads for 2 weeks already.
