Yep, One more, had to have a cyst removed that had developed as a result of the last surgery. This should take care of it...Lots of ice over the past week, but the swelling is down, and The stiches will be gone in three days

Thanks Jon! Nice Ink, I'm adding some new ink tomorrow...may turn out to be a multi-sitting event. Celtic themed design. Good luck on the cutting, just stay with it! Takes some time once you hit single digits!

Hey Matthew, Thanks for the designation of being inspirational! I am humbled by this as we are all trying to fight the good fight, both internally, as well as physically. Sounds like you are on the right track, having figured out the various issues you need to control. Stay focused and consistent, and you'll get there! Let me know if there is anything I can help you with, just drop a line! God Bless! Ross

Calorie Cycling is where it's at! I'm on a one week break to let the rest build some muscle (forced rest, another surgery that went very well!) Then lean mass building! Feeling pretty strong nowadays, psyched up by th eprogress on the ole quads!

Hey Craig, Training is going good, on a "forced training break" for about a week due to surgery. Been training hard anyway, and they say that the rest periods are when growth happens, so upping th eprotien during this time, and looking to let my body build lean mass in anticipation of the release. How's your training? Getting the lean muscle while managing the BF?

Thanks Troy! I've been cutting for the last two years...I started at about 20%. As near as I can tell, I'm around 7% now, but hope to get to 5%. I'm also trying to add some lean mass now by cycling my carbs and eating more protein. Just gotta tighten up all that skin as well...Take Care!

Hey Richard! Good to hear from you. Not doing too bad at all. I've added about an inch to my legs so far...and have dropped more bodyfat. Eating a LOT more protein these days, in addition to my lifting, and I'm beginning to see better changes. I had lost a bit of weight, but it's starting to come back...How's your training going?
