I started working out cus i thot i was skinny and i wanted bigger muscles. I liked seeing other ppl with muscles so i decided its time i get mine, and i did. Yeah i had to go on and off due to sport injuries and other incidences though.
Why I Love It:
I love working out cus its a good way to use time, its fun, and u get to change ur body for good. It also comes with a feeling of pride when u have accomplished goals that have been set.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at other professional's bodies and looking at mine and seeing how much change i need.
BB Accomplishments:
Basically everything i guess. Since i started working out, i've gotten bigger pecs, back, things, arms, calves but i'd have to say that my favorite accomplishment is my pecs.

So today i decided to try out legs and surprisingly my knees did not buckle, hurt, or have any spasms as i assumed would happen. I was able to have a decent leg workout which i've been craving for over a year now. Unfortunately i cannot do leg extensions or squats which leaves me limited to...
Well you're only 17 and still experiencing natural growth, so there is plenty of time. Once you focus on inclines you'll see some major results within 6 months. All the best :)
