How I Started:
Growing up i was always the tall, skinny, dorky kid. When i graduated high school i was 6 foot 140 pounds. I started lifting on and off for a few years and gained a few pounds. Now that i've started again i figure its time i just stuck with it.
Why I Love It:
the feeling that i got something accomplished that day.

knowing that i'll end up having to work harder if i skip a day.
