I have always an active person. I was involved in cheerleading and gymnastics in high school. In 1999, I moved to southern California and exercise became part of my daily routine.
Why I Love It:
When I work out, I fell better. It is a way to start and finish my day. For me, it is a stress release and the part of my day to focus on myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a picture of what I looked like after the birth of my daughter in my bedroom. When I look at it, I remember how I felt and looked physically. It is the motivation that I need when I think about skipping a work out.
BB Accomplishments:
On January 6, 2009, I started a diet and workout plan to try to get my pre-pregnancy body back. I had always been 115 lbs, but I had ignored my health for two years holding on to 30lbs of baby weight. From January to March, I lost 38lbs. I feel and look better than ever.
I'm happy with my progress so far, but my backside needs some work. Before my child, It was round, well proportioned. Now, it is flat at the top. I have tried squats, lungs, walking lungs, and running up hill, But nothing is working. I would like to have it look like it did before.
It was so nice to wake up this morning and see the sun shining. It made me want to get out of bed and run. With the cold rainy weather, it makes it hard to actually want to run outdoors. But today, I saw the sun and wanted to run. Anyways, I went on a 3 mile run that I enjoyed greatly! When...
