Well, I have worked out before, did recently start again, and for some reason gave up. Don't know what happened...actually I do, it was called laziness and I got back into my bad habits
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I feel like I accomplished something each day, and I actually feel better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at my current pics, which will be my before pics and actually last night, April 25,2009 I saw Super Size Me for the first time and that totally woke my ass up...no more fast food for fat boy here

I want to drop 100 pounds of fat...I am adapting a new lifestyle and I know that if I keep at it, it will happen withing due time.
Goal (Long):
I've been obese for too long. I've been sick of it for awhile, but didnt have the motivation to stick with any program. With the help of my buddies, I've been eating cleaner than ever, working out at the gym and actually enjoying my new and improved lifestyle. I have been noticing that I've been adjusting the belt loops the past couple of weeks, so the progress is there. Just wait till summer time!!

Damn, I seem to be falling off, going on, falling off..what gives?? I cant seem to stick to this, but here we go again. It sucks. I've had stevep78's PFD plan since JULY...and havent even finished the first two weeks!!! Its pretty sad to be honest, but I'm going to give it a go...
I know man. I have been sticking to it. Even on my off time for that week I still ate good and still lost some weight. Now this week it seems like it is melting away faster then crap. I guess that week jump started my system again. keep up the work and if you get down just shoot me a message and i will try and help.
How is the diet and training going, it's always hard to start but if you can get into a habit it flows easy after a few week. Let us know where you are at.

Ive been using cheat days. When i first started it was the ntire day and i would pig out all day lol... but now i try and keep it to a meal or 2. On saturday and sunday i get reccomendations from coworkers for a good restaurant and ill go there with friends sunday :)
