I really got started this year 2008 when I came back from a year of various deployments. I liked to drink alot, eat greasy bar food and not work out. I have been training since I've been home but now I am kickin it into high gear!
Why I Love It:
I love to work out because I get that "high" and I just feel so good about everything after an intense sweaty workout. I love the way my muscles feel and my clothes fit better.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking in the mirror, reviewing my goals and looking at other peoples transformations on BB.com
BB Accomplishments:
Right now just getting up and doing it. This will change though!

I want my body back. I have let myself go lately and my mental fitnes has suffered too. I will get back into my size 5 jeans that I wore only once. Right now I am size 9 and I can barely fit into those. I am in the Air Force Reserve and we have certain fitness standards to uphold. I have been at the minimum standards since joining and will exceed average by next testing. I want my mental health to improve as well, gain back my confidence and start the momentum.
Today I jogged mostly around the lake (phalen which is 3.125 miles.) I had my dog with me and sometimes its hard to run with him. I like to though because I jog longer when he is with me. Plus I feel guilty if I just leave him home. Anyways I felt so good afterwards but my calves hurt. I...
