I'm motivated by the mirror more or less
I can always get motivation from the internet if I really need too but I dont. I'm self-motivated for sure. I dont know if its because I want to prove everybody that tells me i'm fat or out of shape wrong, or if its me reacting to what I see in the mirror every day but it works. As of right now every day I wake up, and wonder when i'm going to get to the gym, if I dont make it, I am a grumpy guy. The image I have of a finished product in my head is what motivates me the most.

I have recently switched up my routine a little bit. I used to go Chest, Back, Arms, Shoulders, Arms, Legs repeat. My new routine is much of the same but it goes Chest, Legs, Arms, Shoulders, Back, Arms (and a little bit of legs in my last arm day) with my calves every other day. My old routine was beginning to get old, and I saw this one in an issue of "Iron Man" magazine.
