12 Weeks Later
Posted in Nutrition : Mar 27, 2012 10:18amWell, it's over. Sort of. The Employee Transformation Contest over, but this is a lifestyle for me now. I was sick of my body the way it was, and I'm not exactly pleased with it the way it is now, but I knew it wouldn't be perfect after only 12 weeks.
On to the assignments!
The most valuable lesson I've learned doing this transformation is when the experts say, "consistency is key," they're aren't kidding. I'm certain I sabotaged myself more than once during this process. Especially the final weekend. I could have brought my own food, but instead partook
