12 Weeks Later

Well, it's over. Sort of. The Employee Transformation Contest over, but this is a lifestyle for me now. I was sick of my body the way it was, and I'm not exactly pleased with it the way it is now, but I knew it wouldn't be perfect after only 12 weeks.


On to the assignments!


The most valuable lesson I've learned doing this transformation is when the experts say, "consistency is key," they're aren't kidding. I'm certain I sabotaged myself more than once during this process. Especially the final weekend. I could have brought my own food, but instead partook

BodyFat Goal Change

I found out today that my body fat percentage is dropping about 5% every four weeks. So I changed my goal from 18% by March 27th to 12%. This is a 10% drop of the next 8 weeks. Seems reasonable to me. Especially with intensity increasing in my workouts. As Matt said, shoot for the stars.

A friend recommended a chicken recipe to me and I tried it. Despite being very simplistic it is quite flavorful. So this quick and easy recipe is as follows:



Things you will need:


1 skillet


Chicken tenders


Earl Grey tea bags.



Preparation:
