Why I Love It:
Sure eating chicken, oatmeal and making shakes all day while everyone else endulges in pizza and mcdonalds is hard, but when you get someone who comes up and says you look good... its all worth it. For me its also knowing that I have the will power and discipline that others dont. It makes me stronger inside and out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching videos of some of the up and coming guys. Music is a huge motivator.
Withered down from triathlons training. Im in honduras scuba diving and the only food on the island was this shady lookin beef that had flies all over it.
Monday: Back and Abs
Personally I think the good mornings are the most important part of this workout. Getting your lower back muscles developed and stronger will not only give you a strong core but also taper your waistline and give you a V shape. When we meet for our session I will explain...
