How I Started:
Pendant toute ma vie je ne me sentais jamais bien dans ma peau. Je me rappelle le jour où j’ai découvert le bodybuilding. J’ai toujours ressenti beaucoup d’admiration pour les corps très sculptés des culturistes, les années d’immense travail dont beaucoup s’étonnent. J’ai entendu dire que s’entraîner est un bon moyen d’oublier la pression de la vie, alors moi aussi je me suis mis à faire du cardio. Actuellement, je ne suis pas si motivé qu’auparavant. J’espère reprendre pour vrai bientôt.
Why I Love It:
D’après moi, le bodybuilding est unique parmi tout sport aujourd’hui. J’en aime l’individualité. On peut mettre en place ses propres buts, ainsi que ses méthodes à les atteindre. C’est génial, le corps d’un bodybuilder. Bien que je n’aie pas la physique typique d’un culturiste, j’apprécie plusieurs aspects d’une vie bodybuilding, le corps musclé y compris.
How I Stay Motivated:
J’aime découvrir les démarches qu’ont prises des bodybuilders, connaître leurs parcours qui les ont poussés d’arriver où ils sont maintenant. Je veux que ma motivation soit dans le désir d’être quelqu’un, d’avoir confiance en moi.

Lately I've just been doing cardiol. Haven't really felt up to doing actually weight lifting and excersises because of stress and work and all of the other things that I am dealing with right now.
My cardio is going decently well I suppose. I've been burning off at least 700-1000 calories...
Pffff, est-ce que au moins tu va au gym regulierement?

Love your name!! Oboe players ROCK!! LOL (Playing oboe and English Horn payed my way through college). It's an amazing, challenging time :-) I miss it a lot!
As far as finding initial weight for Ripptoe's.
You start off with just the barbell, and every time you can do a 1x5 with perfect form, you rest briefly and add 10 lbs. Repeat until your form starts messing up a little. Fix your form and do 2x5 more and that is your first 3x5 for that exercise.
