My Workout Program

I go on a 6 day split, looking like this:

M: Back

T: Chest

W: Shoulder

Th: Legs

F: Bis

S: Tris

Su: Sanctuary...REST DAY!

I cycle this every week on a step ladder principle...so Monday's workout would bump to Saturday the following week, and so on and so on

thenaturalone Hey thanks brother! It was a WABDL meet so you can compete in bench and or dead-lift. I just did deadlifts. I pulled 587, but the lift didn't count because the bar hitched my knee wraps for a second. My lift of 551 just before that counted though and that was still a state record for my weight and class. thenaturalone My diet is really nothing fancy. I don't count calories cause I don't have time. My diet is all unprocessed meats, eggs, whey protein, and green veggies. Maybe some almonds here and there. That's it. Mar 7, 2012 6:50pm

wazzu but at least they gave you a good headstart. plus they can be a great cardio source. I was doing judo but that's how Ive injured myself. I'd like to go back to it or jiu jitsu eventually. Feb 23, 2012 7:37am
