What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Dahni Jones, because he is my height and 20lbs heavier, but still able to be so athletic in all those sports.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Just a strain. A couple of weeks. Lightened up the load and talk to the athletic trainer for a couple of exercises.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Not paying attention to their body.

To start with I just want to go on record by saying I’m not a registered dietician therefore I will by no way recommending any particular way to eat to stay lean. What I can suggest is write everything down that you put in your mouth. If you swallow it write it down.
