Hey man thanks for the good word; I appreciate it! You're right, continue to train is definitely important. I haven't been to the gym as often as I was before he was born, but I know that I need to be strong and Do It! Sleep is kinda rough, but every other day he seems to sleep well through the night. He probably tires himself out from being so awake the previous night! LOL You look great, man!
Awesome. Thanks for the info. I normally would hit my legs HEAVY in the past, and depending on the day, would do "some" partials, but had never really been into going lower than 90 degrees. I'll for sure consider looking into working in a little more depth into my "light" days for legs (which don't happen too often). Thanks again.
Thanks for the comment Oaks... I had a small question for ya. What type of routine did you have for your profile pic (most muscular pose) when you were 19? I'm especially interested for the quads, as you have awesome seperation.
You know I thought you looked young in your picture but you never know for sure. If you looked like that at 19 I am sure you are in great shape at 35. Your english is fine my friend, no problem there! Yes I am 53 - thanks!
