Goal (Long): Now that I am nationally qualified, I'd like to pack on another 3-5 lbs of muscle and improve my show time conditioning. I will do one more local show and assess whether or not I have a national level physique (not there yet).

What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
I like making smoothies.
1) 1 cup frozen strawberries
2) 1 medium banana
3) 1/4 cup pineapple
4) 2 scoops Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey
5) 1 1/2 cups skim milk
