When I Started: 2004
How I Started: I started lifting with just a curl bar back when I was a sophomore in Highschool =P. I was really skinny back then, but i didn't really care about looks or getting bigger. I just wanted to get stronger.
Why I Love It: Making positive gains is addicting. The gym is my "get away" from reality.
How I Stay Motivated: By looking at myself in the mirror! Skinny punk.
