Chest: Incline FLys, Incline Press, flat flys, flat press, Superset all that with pushups. Than you can use the peck deck if you like. for Traps I usually do dummbbell shrugs with like the 70s or 80s, than I put those down and with no break I go to holding a 45lb plate in each hand and shrug that as many times as i can. it burns!
Alright Patty by the looks of those pics, I think your two main points you should work on is Chest and Traps. When you work chest, really focus on squeezing those pecs. make the pecs work, not your shoulders and tris. And than for traps do Shrugs. A lot. Heavy. Superset. But just keep workin everything I mean you're still just starting out so its all good
Monday: Legs
Tuesday:Chest and Triceps
Wensday: Back and Biceps
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: Arms
Saturday: Chest or Legs
Do like 4 or 5 sets of 6-10 reps for each exercise. Try to do like 4 or 5 different exercises for each bodypart. Supersets work good too. For example, do bench press and right after a set do 20 pushups with not rest inbetween. Thats 1 superset. Or superset Lat pull downs with pullups-no rest time. Supersets work good.
