When I Started:
Jun, 2006
How I Started:
I ran Cross Country, and this past season, I thought it'd be a good opportunity to put some weight on. I've always been a bit skinny, i still am, but i took a weight lifting class in high school. I currently still lift, but with very little results. I have changed my diet, eating more, and all the right things. But no realy improvement yet. Probably will seek help from supplements this spring.
Why I Love It:
Just the fact that I'm healthy is why I love it. Looking good doesnt hurt either!
How I Stay Motivated:
Im tired of the way I look. The girls I like dont like scrawny guys. Plus nobody opens up a fitness magazine, sees a scrawny 135lb guy, and says "I want to look like that someday...", Yeah thats motivation enough...
BB Accomplishments:
I started my senior year at 123lbs, and I now weigh 140lbs. It doesnt seem like a lot over a long span of time, but considering how hard it is for me to gain weight, and the fact that my weight goes back and forth, I'm satisfied for now, I've maintained 140lbs since january of 08. I'm still learning about nutrition and the correct way of dieting, but my diet has definately improved compared to a year ago.

Im in college, I want to learn to balance my time better, so that I can get in good lifts, and get in a bigger and better shape.
Goal (Long):
I've always been the scrawny kid. I didnt reach 100 lbs until the end of 9th grade. My dad used to be my size in highschool, he's 42 and he's a beast now, but it took him decades to get serious about his health. Im basically going for a complete 180 in total body transformation, as quick as possible. Maybe someday do fitness modeling, as a way to show off my achievements. Short term I'd like to gain maybe 20 lbs before summer, and go from there. Any suggestions are appreciated.
