"Since my injury, i've been to the physical therapist 3 times/week... been eating healthy and going anything i can to not lose mass- My goal is to get back to where i was pre-injury"
I have always been into working out since middle/high school football. Typically, I would use it to gain strength and mass for the Offensive and Defensive Line. It was until after high school, or my first year of college, where I started to get heavily into alcohol. I continued to workout, and even do my cardio, but it was only being used to maintain. I weighed 230lbs with 23% body fat. As my freshman year progressed, I drank even more until finally, on the very last day of the entire year, I got arrested for a DUI. At this time, I saw it as a turning point in my life, and I decided to start making changes not only in myself, but in my body as well. Starting the day after the arrest, I began a new workout (not bicep curls everyday anymore!), and a new nutritional plan, which definitely excluded all alcohol. Now, after 3/4 of a year has gone by, and I have stuck closer to my new lifestyle as much as possible, the changes are immense. I am now 175lbs and 7% body fat, and hope to do my first natural competition this summer. So to sum it all up, its a frown upside down!
Why I Love It:
Knowing that I can change what I look like by simple dedication and a change in my diet, I know that others can as well, so I use my life story to help people get motivated about becoming someone they would much rather be.

What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
The ones that lift up their shirts in front of the mirror to and smile, even if there is nothing there

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
I have a clothing routine I use... all shirts are "on sale" shirts from walmart that I cut myself. The first is an AC/DC shirt, the next is a Transformers "Optimus Prime" shirt which is pretty tight, and lastly, a "Punisher" skull shirt. My shorts are either red or black.I have a clothing routine I use... all shirts are "on sale" shirts from walmart that I cut myself. I found out about a month ago that after doing weighted dips, I managed to rupture my C5-C6 disk in my neck. I noticed there was something wrong because my right arm went numb, and i couldn't turn my head left, or touch chin-to-chest, literally. It has been hard. The doc said that it will...
Hey mate,
Really inspired and impressed with your progress so far! I'm 20lbs down (166lbs) with 6 more to go (middle weight boxing).
I still haven't measured my body fat %, but plan to come end of Feb.
Would really appreciate any tips, or samples of your diet and workout!
