I've always wanted to have a solid six-pack. As I progressed through consistent workouts, I got caught up in the rush and have been addicted to weight lifting. I would like to get stronger and put on mass while simultaneously shedding body fat. My goal is to get my bench from 225 to at least 250 by the end of my sophomore year of college.

This is my 5th tub of superpump...yes go purchase it.. i would suggest either Rasp. lemonade, or Blue rasp as the flacvor :)
