psu is hurting so bad they may select and direct regular reserves to go to psu units, so thats why i am holding off for awhile. i think alot of me aregetting 6 month deployments, a lil bait n switch via the coast guard. i am thinking about the navy swcc program or riverine, maybe even army boat units,i am like you, not as great a swimmer as you but always last place in the run but the fastest swimmer, cant figure out where we have to run to anyways in the cg....

Sta vacation ft lauderdale. what rating are you? i was a amt on falcon jets now I am a mk because i am in the reserves, wanna go back to active maybe the new me rating not sure just dont want to be stuck on a ship again, that would kill my workouts

CoaST guard hasne going mad, my max allowable weight is 233, i weigh 261. they said i am over allowablwe bodyfat by 1%. in oct the standards will be even harder, so i am trying ti lean dwon but get and stay as huge as possible.if i was 300pds at 10% they wont care. i figured i will start with 54 grams pro 48 grams carb and 11 grams fat per meal plus mix in cardio with hit cardio as well

STA FT LAUDERDALE FLORIDA "STA VACATION"My dad was a seabee and my bro is a seaman stuck on a ship, he is trying to switch over to the coast guard. look into the cg reserves, its a great deal and we have stor keepers.and reality is you would prob never get activated let alone deploy

Its no joke. he has 2 programs, unless your in very atheletic shape you will have to start with the beginner program like i did. coasties can go thru seal training now, the first 4 started a month or so ago. 1 dropped, 1 had a injury and 2 officers just got thru hell week. i am interested to see if they open the swcc program up to us. what do you do in the navy
