Rainy days and Mondays always get me down... win some, lose some, as long as your having fun... All of these things are what I smash the shit out of with a ten ton hammer.Each day you pick yourself up by the bootstraps and light your ****ing fuse in the gym.Lets face it, if your not explosive in the weight room, then your pissing in the wind and you should expect some to blow back in your face. Enter the Arena. Do a system check... All systems go for combat.Prepare to fire for and and continue to fire at will... Decide at the start that you are a ****ing MACHINE of total destruction and your path of damage cannot be altered for any reason. Remember that you are a weapon that is ever changing in physical form, but your nature remains constant. STATE OF MIND IS AT CONDITION RED The fight is where the glory lies, and the destination is the journey. There are no home runs and touchdowns in our world. What I can promise you is pain, struggle, rage and true beauty. The damage. Everyday I learn more about the things that make this the best sport in the world. Dont be afraid to get on a stage, take your lumps but learn from them.The day you stop trying is when its over... Not when anyone else says. Stand on an island alone. Focus on pure strength through the solitude you feel and the brutal outline your life follows too acheive higher developement. im sk2..i went AST but blew my knee out at school so went sk....best swimmer they ever seen is what they told me but cant run for ****! im getting out in may and doing reserves so i may switch to ME as well. once i get all the info.

oh yeah...I was practically clawing at the table. I was recently told that is the 2nd most painful area to get inked...it is 2nd to the top of the foot. Crazy. It was worth it. I love it! and you're right - I wont regret it

Sounds like a good routine. If you are doing 5-6 meals a day then the carbs probaly are a little too high. Start by dropping them in half. Protein looks good so you shouldn't loose any muscle. Keep lifting heavy. Good luck to you. Keep me posted.

I am a Storekeeper, so I work Logistics for an EA-6B Prowler squadron. This is probably my last hitch, its been a good run . I think its cool that they opened up the SEAL program to the Coasties. Good luck making it through bro, dont let em get to you! Where are you stationed?

Wow, that is crazy how that works out, with the weight and everything. I think I made just need to lay off the weights and just try to tone, but a love muscle on my height.
