Sorry I didn't reply, I've been out of the gym (and off the site) for a long while. Our coast guard won't board without Military, RCMP or a JTF2 boarding crew.
im sk2..i went AST but blew my knee out at school so went sk....best swimmer they ever seen is what they told me but cant run for ****! im getting out in may and doing reserves so i may switch to ME as well. once i get all the info.
oh yeah...I was practically clawing at the table. I was recently told that is the 2nd most painful area to get inked...it is 2nd to the top of the foot. Crazy. It was worth it. I love it! and you're right - I wont regret it
Sounds like a good routine. If you are doing 5-6 meals a day then the carbs probaly are a little too high. Start by dropping them in half. Protein looks good so you shouldn't loose any muscle. Keep lifting heavy. Good luck to you. Keep me posted.

Wow, that is crazy how that works out, with the weight and everything. I think I made just need to lay off the weights and just try to tone, but a love muscle on my height.
