In the beginning there was.....  I gained 8lbs, so now I have 48lbs to lose. But I did lose 1% of body fat, so I guess its not all bad.

no carbs!?! hell man, you need carbs, they are for energy! I made that mistake long ago too, trust me when i say you can very much rip up with carbs, i assure you! Have you tried a high carb diet first? then did you try to drop you calories? then did you use the highest quality carbs? zero carb diets are a recipe for long term failure because when you stop, boom, there comes back the bodyfat. They are only as a last resort for extreme endomorphs in my opinion,
