I have a mirror in my room. I was tired of looking at my fat-ass everyday. I want to be in great shape, have great abs, and look great with my shirt off! Sept 2007, I went to the Island of Kauai in Hawaii and was ashamed to take off my shirt at the beach. Enough said!

Mirrors and stupid messages I leave myself to make me feel guilty so I'll get away from this stupid computer and work out.

I want to lose AS MUCH fat as possible and gain as much muscle as possible. I want to be RIPPED! I also want to turn my body into a business...no, not THAT kind of business. I want to be a competing bodybuilder! HEY! It's a goal, right! Well, it's one I aim to complete. A long time ago someone once told me I would not make it in the Army...16 years later here I am (Reserves). Then, someone once told me I would not make it in Airborne School... I did. Then, someone once told me I would never be successful...well, I own two condos, a coffee shop, and I work in Afghanistan as a contractor. It seems now that I am the one telling myself I can do whatever I want!

Here's the thing:  It is the 10th here already.  When I input my stats here, which is usually around 7-8am here, it is still the day before as far as bodybuilding.com is concerned.  That means I either put my stats in on the day before calendar OR I wait until 10am, which is midnight on the...

Good luck with your goal, I try to stay away from the protein bars(candy bars), full of fat and sugar. To bad that's all the PX sells here.

I GAINED 2lbs today!!! WTF Is that all about??? GEEZ! Just when I was hoping to LOSE a lb! That stupid meter thingy said I need to lose half a pound a day, now I am heavier! Man.....
