I have a mirror in my room. I was tired of looking at my fat-ass everyday. I want to be in great shape, have great abs, and look great with my shirt off! Sept 2007, I went to the Island of Kauai in Hawaii and was ashamed to take off my shirt at the beach. Enough said!

Beginning of week 4. Starting to finally see some difference!
Goal (Long):
I want to lose AS MUCH fat as possible and gain as much muscle as possible. I want to be RIPPED!
I also want to turn my body into a business...no, not THAT kind of business. I want to be a competing bodybuilder! HEY! It's a goal, right! Well, it's one I aim to complete.
A long time ago someone once told me I would not make it in the Army...16 years later here I am (Reserves). Then, someone once told me I would not make it in Airborne School... I did. I GAINED 2lbs today!!! WTF Is that all about??? GEEZ! Just when I was hoping to LOSE a lb! That stupid meter thingy said I need to lose half a pound a day, now I am heavier! Man.....
