I've gained about 20lbs and about 7-8% body fat. Tried bulking for winter and I kind of fell off the wagon doing this.My goal is to get back down within 20 days check my progress. Got my mind straight!

1st, congrats on the amazing job thus far! You & I have a lot in common. I was pushing 270 in Feb. 08' and (per my avatar) dropped 70lbs in 13.5 weeks. I'm at 195lbs now & just started my weight training. In short in 9 months (Valentine's Day 09') I want to look like YOU!! The parallels are right on! You inspired me big time & give me reason to keep believing that with hard focus, harder work, eating right & keeping my eyes on the prize it will happen!
Are you doing any cardio? I understand your frustration, I'm trying to get lean but I seem to be putting on more weight. Gained 4 lbs this week. I'm going to try to go lighter on the weights and more cardio. I probably need to cut out a meal as well..ha
