How I Started:
Mid June 2008 I was made an uncle for the first time! Seeing my niece born at a healthy weight and length, I asked myself, "I have to change...NOW! Will I be a obese/weak uncle or a healthy/strong uncle?!". I want to achieve an optimum level of health to live as long as possible with vitality alongside my niece.
Why I Love It:
Working out is like a Detox session of all the drama of daily life. I leave my phone and all my worries in the locker room.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I consider to leave the gym early or not go at all, I simply remind my self of my previous body appearance.
