How I Started:
Mid June 2008 I was made an uncle for the first time! Seeing my niece born at a healthy weight and length, I asked myself, "I have to change...NOW! Will I be a obese/weak uncle or a healthy/strong uncle?!". I want to achieve an optimum level of health to live as long as possible with vitality alongside my niece.
Why I Love It:
Working out is like a Detox session of all the drama of daily life. I leave my phone and all my worries in the locker room.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I consider to leave the gym early or not go at all, I simply remind my self of my previous body appearance. Motivational Songs: AC/DC: Thunderstruck, Its a long way to the top, and TNT. Hey, thanks. The pike hold comes from 10 years of gymnastics and training for fitness contest. Mostly core and front quad strength. Good luck with your goals.
