On an off week. Light workouts. Lots of rollerblading! Lots of extra work hours and studying! Looking forward to next week!

Had a great leg workout on Friday evening. Dragged my workout partner into doing it too. Hamstrings sore but no problem sitting this time!

Feeling the caffeine withdrawals! Its been 3 or 4 days. Took an unexpected nap at peak sunlight hours today. Still feeling exhausted.
