How I Started:
I was a skinny fat and needed to change in order to improve my self-esteem. I had no knowledge of what it truly meant to be "healthy." Since then I havent stopped studying health & fitness, and it's bringing me right where I want to be!
Why I Love It:
I just love it. There isnt a better feeling than that of how I feel when I continuously treat my body right. I live my life to the fullest without compromising my integrity and through facing challenges in pursuit of happiness and holistic health. I strive to be a role model by valuing my family and friendships, holding myself accountable for actions, and consistently and persistently seeking out knowledge and personal growth. With enthusiasm, I discover the greatest sense of accomplishment when assisting others to reach their goals and expand their view of their personal potential. BB Accomplishments:
August 2, 2008.. 16.5% bodyfat measured, the lowest Ive been! July 6th, 2007.. 4 pullups followed by 1 chin up.. nonstop and not giving up! June 21st, 2007.. Beginning to lean down with new diet. I'll give myself a good month and then go in for a body comp test again. June 9th, 2007... I did a full pull-up this morning, something I havent done in about nine years.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
With my current program I may do two short cardio sessions on days i dont lift. Still, as I see it, I get plenty of exercise outside and out with the friends that I am not worried by this low amount.
