I was a skinny fat and needed to change in order to improve my self-esteem. I had no knowledge of what it truly meant to be "healthy." Since then I havent stopped studying health & fitness, and it's bringing me right where I want to be!
Why I Love It:
I just love it. There isnt a better feeling than that of how I feel when I continuously treat my body right.
I live my life to the fullest without compromising my integrity and through facing challenges in pursuit of happiness and holistic health. I strive to be a role model by valuing my family and friendships, holding myself accountable for actions, and consistently and persistently seeking out knowledge and personal growth. With enthusiasm, I discover the greatest sense of accomplishment when assisting others to reach their goals and expand their view of their personal potential. I exude health and confidence in my every day and exercise faith as the backbone of the manner I live.

"The largest room in the world is the room for improvement!"
"Far and away the best prize that life offers is the chance to work hard at work worth doing." -Theodore Roosevelt
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading the book titled You Play to Win the Game by Herm Edwards
"It's not rain. It's liquid sunshine." -Coach B.
"The first wealth is health." -Ralph Waldo Emerson
"The road to happiness lies in two simple principles: find what it is that interests you and that you can do well, and when you find it, put your whole soul into it -- every bit of energy and ambition and natural ability you have." - John D. Rockefeller III
"If you have nothing you have nothing to worry about." - F. Leonardo Buscaglia
BB Accomplishments:
July 6th, 2007.. 4 pullups followed by 1 chin up.. nonstop and not giving up!
June 21st, 2007.. Beginning to lean down with new diet. I'll give myself a good month and then go in for a body comp test again.
June 9th, 2007... I did a full pull-up this morning, something I havent done in about nine years.

With my current program I may do two short cardio sessions on days i dont lift. Still, as I see it, I get plenty of exercise outside and out with the friends that I am not worried by this low amount.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I love running. It can be hard on the joints, so I will switch days with some cycling or other intense aerobic workout. I would really like to do more swimming, but running has always been a mind escape as well as great exercise.I love running. Thanks Dave! I've been sticking very nicely to eating clean, and it shows. I'll have to take new pictures. I have yet to measure my body fat for an update, but I also need to get back in the gym for workouts. I worked the last 12days at 5am between my two jobs and CANNOT wait to catch up...
Started New Program For May to August
-Full of Supersets
-Great new challenge
-Different exercises every workout
-Built of intense weeks and recovery weeks
-Lower levels of cardio, but I work a lot and am constantly moving regardless
