Overall Goal: Totally giving myself to God. Kicking the caffeine habit. Getting more sleep. Paying off the credit card debt. Gaining muscle, losing fat, and greatly increasing cardiovascular fitness.
Fit Status:
Feeling the caffeine withdrawals! Its been 3 or 4 days. Took an unexpected nap at peak sunlight hours today. Still feeling exhausted.
I was a skinny fat and needed to change in order to improve my self-esteem. I had no knowledge of what it truly meant to be "healthy." Since then I havent stopped studying health & fitness, and it's bringing me right where I want to be!
Why I Love It:
I just love it. There isnt a better feeling than that of how I feel when I continuously treat my body right.
I live my life to the fullest without compromising my integrity and through facing challenges in pursuit of happiness and holistic health. I strive to be a role model by valuing my family and friendships, holding myself accountable for actions, and consistently and persistently seeking out knowledge and personal growth. With enthusiasm, I discover the greatest sense of accomplishment when assisting others to reach their goals and expand their view of their personal potential. I exude health and confidence in my every day and exercise faith as the backbone of the manner I live.

I see him work through challenges, and consistently, to reach his goals. His heart is huge, and I am grateful to know him. Scott, it's always a pleasure to see that smile of yours! Never lose that! There are few people I enjoy taking a stroll around the track with during work. :) I thank God for you!
With my current program I may do two short cardio sessions on days i dont lift. Still, as I see it, I get plenty of exercise outside and out with the friends that I am not worried by this low amount.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I love running. It can be hard on the joints, so I will switch days with some cycling or other intense aerobic workout. I have been doing my best to become more natural, and this one is a bit extreme. As a kid my dad would take me to the local Arnie's to get a slice of my favorite pie: lemon meringue. With my clean diet, today I couldn't touch a slice like I used to, but...
