How I Started:
After the birth of my son I wanted to lose all the baby weight. I lived in NC at the time and began working out/lifting weights.
Why I Love It:
Working out is a great way to relieve life's stress, and it makes me look/feel amazing.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I am feeling less motivated I watch videos of Valerie Waugaman and Jamie Eason to stay motivated. They have great energy!
BB Accomplishments:
I have none, one of these days I hope to have the courage to get on the stage!

I have always felt that the ladies who compete in fitness and figure have the most amazing bodies. My goal is to build a lean, strong, and balanced body. I am a nurse and often times I have to move and support sick people. Having a strong body will be functional as well as asthetic. My goal is to weigh 130 lbs at 17% body fat by August 4, 2008

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
I believe it is the dead lift...if done wrong you can really hurt yourself.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Jessica Biel because she is beautifully buff, not like most of the waif like ladies in Hollywood.
Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
I love Valerie Waugaman's and Jamie Eason's figure, they are muscular, strong...yet curvy at the same time. It is a beautiful balance.

I have been busy, but keeping up with my diet routine...except for lastnight at work. I had a weak moment where I was starving and had to keep running (crazy day at work). I only had yogurt and broccoli packed for lunch...and needed some protein. I ended up with beef briskit a baked potato...
