How I Started:
I first started working out when I was 18 at good ol Ballys. I loved it so much I ended up working there and training with one of the best trainers! He had me in the best shape I've ever been in. I've stuck with it ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love working out and staying healthy because God only gave me one body and it needs to be taken care of, plus I want to look like a sexy Victoria Secret model!!!! I'm a nursing student so I'm constantly surrounded by muscles and bones and all of it. It's very interesting to me. It's a huge part of my career. When you work out you feel good and you look good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by work out buddies at the gym and John!

lol.. ya.. I don't really like Houston much. The main thing I don't like about Dallas is that it's just so bland. And there are about 20 bums on every street corner. Night life is ok.. but nothing really special. I'm not much of a city boy to begin with.. but I've loved San Antonio ever since I've been coming here.
Well if you're already certified then it's going to be up to your personal preference. I've only been to Dallas once.. that was just about a month ago. But it wasn't at the top of my list. Have you ever been to Texas?
