When I stood on the scale and saw it hit 180 for the first time, I knew I had to make a change. I worked first on the workouts, staying at the gym for hours at a time to find the right workouts for me. Then I added a good diet to my life and I've never been happier and never looked so good.
Why I Love It:
Better BODY, Better Life, and Positive attitude.
How I Stay Motivated:
My man is my number one fan, he supports me in everything I do, and pushes me to do my best. I don't know where I be without him in my life.
BB Accomplishments:
My Heaviest weight I was at was 175. Finally getting into a workout mode, I now weight 135!!

This is me at my heaviest, 175 pounds. I don't think I even knew how to spell GYM here. How embarrassing.
I've lost a good amount of weight so far. I want to get to the goal weight of 125. So far my weight has fluctuated from 140 to 135 at times, so I've set my goal to 15 pounds to lose. After I have reached my goal weight, I will start to build definition to my body, for a more toned look. I will probably gained the weight back, but I will be more satisfied with muscle weight, than fat weight.
ALL my life, my entire life I was reminded constantly from the world around me that the smaller you are, the less you weigh. Which I thought, when the number on the scale was small the smaller you are.
FORGET IT. Now from this day forward, I have thrown the scale over my shoulder. I have...
u strive for pain huh? i hear u sis...i took this week off from the gym. I lift sooooooo heavy my joints need breaks here n there...but looking at u always helps the pain ease....
Ball-wall squats, dumbell squats, sissy squats, barbell squats, lunges, walking lunges, one leg alternating or one leg at a time, lunges with dumbells or barbell, Lateral lunges, rear lunges, deadlifts, dumbell, barbell or cable...Just to name a few...lol

Tell me your secrets!! LOL!! I have been watching what I eat, but still nothing! Maybe I give myself too many cheat days & my peanut butter addiction can't be helping. I'm off to look up the zone diet now.

Crossfit is awesome. All about intensity which I'm all about :)
Training is going well for me....decided to go for size now that I'm decently lean. Gonna go clean though...don't like looking soft :P I'm very excited!
If we were closer---absolutely I would hire you...to look pretty all day so I can be inspired---my muse? Gorgeous...use more free weights---does wonders.
