When I stood on the scale and saw it hit 180 for the first time, I knew I had to make a change. I worked first on the workouts, staying at the gym for hours at a time to find the right workouts for me. Then I added a good diet to my life and I've never been happier and never looked so good.

I've lost a good amount of weight so far. I want to get to the goal weight of 125. So far my weight has fluctuated from 140 to 135 at times, so I've set my goal to 15 pounds to lose. After I have reached my goal weight, I will start to build definition to my body, for a more toned look. I will probably gained the weight back, but I will be more satisfied with muscle weight, than fat weight.
