How I Started: When I stood on the scale and saw it hit 180 for the first time, I knew I had to make a change. I worked first on the workouts, staying at the gym for hours at a time to find the right workouts for me. Then I added a good diet to my life and I've never been happier and never looked so good.
Why I Love It: Better BODY, Better Life, and Positive attitude.
How I Stay Motivated: My man is my number one fan, he supports me in everything I do, and pushes me to do my best. I don't know where I be without him in my life.
BB Accomplishments: My Heaviest weight I was at was 175. Finally getting into a workout mode, I now weight 135!!

Goals:
Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): Condition the body without punishing it
Goal (Long): I've lost a good amount of weight so far. I want to get to the goal weight of 125. So far my weight has fluctuated from 140 to 135 at times, so I've set my goal to 15 pounds to lose. After I have reached my goal weight, I will start to build definition to my body, for a more toned look. I will probably gained the weight back, but I will be more satisfied with muscle weight, than fat weight.

u strive for pain huh? i hear u sis...i took this week off from the gym. I lift sooooooo heavy my joints need breaks here n there...but looking at u always helps the pain ease....

Crossfit is awesome. All about intensity which I'm all about :) Training is going well for me....decided to go for size now that I'm decently lean. Gonna go clean though...don't like looking soft :P I'm very excited!
