I was quite overweight at a young age so i started the gym pretty early to counteract my habbitual eating patterns.
Why I Love It:
it gives me a energy rush, it makes me feel better about myself and it actually makes me a better person

Goal (Long):
I have recently in the last few days had a re-awakening into bodybuilding and weight management. In 2006/7 i had a really good body, going to the gym was my main passion in life i loved it. Untill i became addicted to a computergame (your thinking how the hell does that happen) trust me it does and it takes away the willingness to want to do anything including train and eat correctly. i have recently gone back to univercity and have quit all computergames and sighned to a gym. im determined to lost 1-2 stone and gain a decent amount of muscle in the process aswell.
