I had dropped to 175 about 2 years ago and somehow I have gained a lot of it back. I wish I could say it was muscle but I would guess only about 10 lbs is muscle. I need to lose the gut.

So, I busted ass at the gym again today and I keep wondering why the hell am I not losing my stupid gut?!?! Well, deep down I really know, but whatever….I should still be losing weight. So I did some research and look at the numbers!!
