I'm training harder, carefully watching all I eat, eating for stregth and tone now. It is just melting, I am feeling amazing! I am loving this whole transformation thing. I'm an addict i'm afraid...lol
Lol..who u tellin! lol...I know. But hey, I train my clients like this...If u really want somethin, u'll take no excuses, and go out there and either get it or take it! Get urself an ipod or mp3 player, load it up with some hot ****, and zone out. I typically will have @ least 5 hot ass tracks in my cardio playlist, knowing ea. is approx 3-5mins long. By the time they're done, so is cardio! ;)
My bad 4 gettin back so late. Had a pretty brutal w/o that had me wanting 2 just lay down and call it a nite! My cardio is pretty simple. 20-25mins, hardcore interval running, stairs, mountain bike, or 10min rope. I'm all about intensity. My workouts, via weights, is what pretty much keep me lean. My w/o bud now has a six pac following wut I do. Honestly, I need 2 up my cardio. I hardly do it. My clients tease me all the time about it.
yeah football! haha how about that Favre upset? Being a new yorker and all, I don't think he looks like he'd be a good Jet's addition but we will see! that's awesome you play ball, it must be intense on the college level.
i've only been swimming competitively for 2 years now and I do the 50 free (2 laps) in 25.5 seconds and I've been told that I haven't quite reached my peak yet so i'm stoked to see what's to come :)
Nope! No more tearing up dance floors...not in Florida anyway....too dangerous for the woman and police are cRaZy out here! I would get into trouble if I went out dancing and partying here! Maybe when I move back to vegas!
