How I Started:
I started strength training initially for rugby at school untill an injury prevented me from playing anymore. But it was no loss because I discovered I loved the gym far more than any game :)
Why I Love It:
I love being able to push myself to my physical limits and seeing the results. This way life is an addiction and I'm hooked.
How I Stay Motivated:
At times it becomes difficult but I find that setting short term realistic goals helps me stay focused :) every time I achieve something I'm reassured I'm moving forward.

Goal (Long):
Ever since I stepped into the gym, I have taught myself all that I can about fitness and muscle gain. By the age of 17 I had so called "qualified" personal trainers asking my advice on training! Now I have decided to take my genetic gift and show it to the world :)
I'm still not entirely sure why I'm writing this but this weekend my girlfriend of 2 years broke up with me... something about missing her freedom which i guess I understand since she has just started university.
After the news I couldn't think straight, my emotions were all over the place so...
