Ok I know...I've got a long way to go, but hey...I've started and can actually feel some muscle under all that fat. They're screaming to get out. Really!!!

I've gained some weight but lost over an inch and a half in my waist.

This is after a year in the gym. My weight is 219 and my waist is down a couple inches. Have put on a couple of inches in my arms but still not much definition. Fighting the body fat. Can't seem to push through 22%.

Never let yourself start getting that bodyfat. If you're young, get rid of it NOW! The older you get the harder it is to lose.
