In June 2005 I was starting to push 250 lbs. and not feeling so good. Over the next year and a half I did the South Beach Diet and lost over 50 pounds. I was feeling much better but every time I looked at myself in the mirror there was some out of shape dude looking back at me. It made me mad to see what I had let happen. In November 2007 my company offered discounted gym memberships as part of an employee wellness program. I decided that this was my opportunity to "man-up" and get myself back in shape. I have been working out since the first of December and I'm starting to see some results.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself and others. It challenges me and I can see the results of my efforts.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like to read magazine articles about body building. Coming to this site also keeps me motivated especially when I see some of the great results others are getting.
BB Accomplishments:
I keep going to the gym.

When I saw this pic I said "woah"! Dude, you need to make some serious changes in your lifestyle.
I've gained some weight but lost over an inch and a half in my waist.
Thank you for your very kind words and for taking the effort to leave them for me, I appreciate them more than you know. Way to go. My wife (bodyspace judimax) and I would love to see you make your fitness goals and dreams become reality. Judimax went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program.
