Hi Kat, I'm doing good, although the year has had its ups and downs. Read your blog, interesting read. One good thing is the professsion you're in and the mental toughness it gives you. You still need a little relief and comfort at times and I'm sure you know who to turn to in those tough times. Keep your spirits strong.

Two things you may want to add, Yates rows and stretches. Got videos of both as examples. They are different and effective.

Missed the show for the last time. Refueling. Jack is 6'3" and is into chasing tail. Maybe later in life. Shir says hi and hopes things are going well for ya. She does alot of stuff on Facebook if you have an account there.
