Well, honestly I had an eating disorder for about 2 1/2 years and decided one day that it was not healthy and I needed to fix it. I started working with a trainer my first year of college and was hooked!
Why I Love It:
The main reason is because I am taking care of God's temple that He created for me and it is challengeing, and I like a good challenge. Plus I love to see the awesome results and self confidence that come with working out and reaching my goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing the changes that are happening with my self as I progress through my training.
BB Accomplishments:
Leg pressing over 500lbs! It was a challenge but it is MIND OVER MATTER!
Placing 6th out of 11 in my first FAME Swimsuit Competition!

Thunder thighs. I have my mothers pear shape. One of my biggest goals is to even myself out!
To acquire sponsorships for DC's FAME Fall Classic show on Oct. 18!! And be the youngest FAME Fitness Model Pro!
Goal (Long):
I honestly want to inspire those that are having difficulties with eating disorders and their self image, because I know, I have been there. And if you have someone you can look up to that has been through what you have been through than it makes it a little easier. I want to be here for those that need a shoulder to lean on and for the right direction and guidance. Remember, God loves you and your body is His temple. Keep it healthy and strong because that is how He intended it to be.
Also, since I am still young, my muscle maturity has not developed fully so I will work with what I have at this point and try to keep building more muscle for symmetry and body sculpting. I am really working on my lower half and trying to even it out with my upper torso.
So I know this is late but I was thinking this morning and I know a couple of people that are about to compete in their first competition and I know its going to be an awesome, but eye opening experience!
I wanted to give some insight on what I learned my first time...
