Overall Goal: To be an inspiration to those that need a little push a long the way so that they keep their bodies healthy and I also want to be a light for Jesus Christ in this ever crumbling world!

Fit Status:
Working on gaining muscle over the next year! I am lifting 5 days a week instead of 3.
Well, honestly I had an eating disorder for about 2 1/2 years and decided one day that it was not healthy and I needed to fix it. I started working with a trainer my first year of college and was hooked!
Why I Love It:
The main reason is because I am taking care of God's temple that He created for me and it is challengeing, and I like a good challenge. Plus I love to see the awesome results and self confidence that come with working out and reaching my goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing the changes that are happening with my self as I progress through my training.
BB Accomplishments:
Leg pressing over 500lbs! It was a challenge but it is MIND OVER MATTER!
Placing 6th out of 11 in my first FAME Swimsuit Competition!

Goal (Long):
I honestly want to inspire those that are having difficulties with eating disorders and their self image, because I know, I have been there. And if you have someone you can look up to that has been through what you have been through than it makes it a little easier. I want to be here for those that need a shoulder to lean on and for the right direction and guidance. Remember, God loves you and your body is His temple. Keep it healthy and strong because that is how He intended it to be.
Also, since I am still young, my muscle maturity has not developed fully so I will work with what I have at this point and try to keep building more muscle for symmetry and body sculpting. I am really working on my lower half and trying to even it out with my upper torso.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%

If you lack motivation, feel overwhelmed; want to change something in your life – think now. When we think about everything that has happened, could happen, may or may not happen, we are not in the present...
I lift 3 days a week, 4 if we do an ab day. I work out for 30 minutes at the most going to total muscle failure. I incorporate drop sets, negatives, and forced reps into my work outs for added strength and muscle. We like to use an awesome piece of equipment called the Funcional Trainer or...
