How I Started:
Alot of my mates started training, So i thought ill go up and give it ago! Back then i was really skinny weighed around 9 stone! Month later my friends quit i carried on training, 3 years later im still training :)
Why I Love It:
I love setting goals then working my hardest to reach them. Without goals there's no point training.
How I Stay Motivated:
Trying to reach my goals! :)

Me With No Training At All On Holidays In Magaluf! BCM I Think!
Nearly 11 stone! Alot will disagree but im going to try to reduce my bodyfat to as much as possible, I want to lose the lovhandles thing i have going on and also see more definition in my chest and abs!

The training is going really well. Thanks! I am starting to get pretty tired now though, but that's to be expected. Now it's mental to push through. No longer physical.
