I've always been athletic and high school football got me started. I saw great results and huge gains as I began to study weightlifting and diet. At the time, it was my lifestyle...I was serious and reaped the benefits of thoroughly applying myself.
Once I left for college, I became extremely complacent and lazy. As a result, my muscles atrophied severely. I made excuses and perceived myself to look better than I actually looked. One day I decided that it's time to get back into shape.
Why I Love It:
It's a stress reliever...It allows me to take my mind off of everyday and focus on enhancing my body. I like the mental toughness that comes along with workingout. Who doesn't want to stop at that last rep? I just try to push through the pain...
How I Stay Motivated:
Visualizing what I will look like keeps me going. It's just a matter of being consistent. My fiance' is a great motivator since she's always working out as well; I can't be lazy when she's busting her butt.

Hi,
Thanks for your messgae. I would sy get a good mentor and paper trade for at least 6 months before you put in any money. Once your paper trades are showing consistent gains for at least three months in a row..then you can start placing small trades.
ok so far...a lil shaky...but at least I still have some time. The progress is taking long to come though and that is a bit frustrating...but i am hanging in there. I went to HU too :)
