I used to mess around with dumbells in my garage not knowing what i was doing. My friend asked me to start going to the gym with him so i did, a few months in just doing cardio and light machine weights i started lifting proper and reading up on bodybuilding then i got hooked.
Why I Love It:
I like seeing my body change every month, and iv'e learned more about my body then i every have at school. It also gives you a confidence boost and makes you feel good about yourself. I also want to compete in the next few years. Plus I'm a short arse (around 5'5") so I'd rather be short and muscular rather than short and thin haha
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading BB magazines, BB.com forums, Watching the pro's on the net/videos and mainly seeing my own results.
BB Accomplishments:
Going from 105 lbs to 150+ lbs and not gaining much fat.

thanks for the add man, i would say hit chest twice a week, one day heavy the other do a light pump day. Stick to the basics, incline and flat presses, flyes, dips and pullovers to get the mass, and the do some pec-dec and cable cross-overs for definition. Train hard.
